We all make mistakes
Without meaning to, we hurt others when we least expect it. We say or do something that upsets them. Typically, we then get upset because they are upset with us. Pretty quickly, a situation can become pretty uncomfortable. Without realizing it, we’ve crossed a line that we didn’t know existed until someone overreacted. Even though we feel bad about it, it could be challenging to tease apart what actually just happened. This blog gives you ideas about how to move beyond your mistakes.
No one can stay in balance at all times. Occasionally, we get knocked out of balance. Then we over react. Our underlying issues get woken up unexpectedly causing us to respond in an unhealthy way.
Collectively, we are all carrying around our hidden baggage of issues. This baggage is full of our life history, our wounds. It easily spills out, when we bump into it. Our hidden wounds get exposed. We may react in exaggerated ways due to these unhealed wounds.
People innately desire to get along with others
However, that becomes more difficult to accomplish when under stress. This extra layer of pandemic stress prevents us from staying in balance as easy as we used to. We are more likely to lash out and less able to pause before we do. When we notice how out of balance we are, it is an opportunity to begin working on your personal pile of issues.
The best time to learn how to move beyond your mistakes is now
When your life history starts leaking into your present moment it’s time to begin transforming it. When you find yourself over reacting and out of sorts, another layer of your life’s wounds are presenting for healing. It is everyone’s personal work, to sift through their past as objectively as possible and to recognize what to let go of. Your life is always ready to begin the process of self-healing and transformation.
Breathe in Light and breathe out what no longer serves you
Breathing out your cares and emotions brings in soothing peace and calm. It’s actually quite easy and simple to begin using the Breathe in Light technique; if you are feeling a lot of anger lately, then it may be time to Breathe in Light and Breathe out Anger over and over. Perhaps even better to address all the variations of Anger at the same time; Breathe in Light and Breathe out Hatred, Anger, Hurt over and over.
