While most people have shadow sides to their personality, they may not realize that there are ways to self-heal them.

Last week, I wrote about the experiences that activate our shadow side. Now, I present the guided visualization to help you transform this. This particular guided visualization ushers in the possibility to transform and release parts of yourself that create discomfort within you. Parts of yourself that arise occasionally or often, such as judgment, anger, fear, shame, hatred, etc.

So, once you’re aware of these feelings, the next step is to begin uncovering the underlying core wounds that are causing you to feel this way.

The latest offering on my blog will help you do this. Self-healing Guided Visualization for Transformation teaches you to:
  • Choose a focus for your self-healing session
  • Bring focus to this intention for your self-healing session
  • Ground to the Earth
  • Invite in Divine Light and Love and Divine Helpers
This visualization technique will help you get to the root and heal your core wounds. I recommend repeating it often, and reaping the rewards.

By acknowledging what lies within us, we begin the self-transformative process.

We bring Light into these layers combined with an intention to heal. We invite Divine helpers to assist us on our healing journey. Layer after layer of the shadow self is transformed into Light. Learn Reiki
