Dear reader,

My own struggles with grief, anger and allergies ignited my search for self-healing. Little did I know that I would end up developing my own self-healing technique along the way.

The search for effective, self-healing techniques

The Breathe in Light technique was born out of my own need to heal myself. By developing and using this technique, I was able to mitigate and transform my own mental and emotional suffering. Gratefully, the darkness that had hung over me most of my life was transformed into Light.

And, I discovered that it worked for others, too. As I shared this self-healing technique with my Reiki clients, I began to realize how effective it was.

I believe we each have our own self-healing capabilities, which help provide healing in times of need. By connecting to the Universal flows of healing Light and Love, we effortlessly bring self-healing to ourselves.

My simple Breathe in Light technique combines the use of Light, the breath and your intention to transform and release whatever is disrupting your sense of peace. This technique is easily learned and is simple to repeat daily, for continuous benefits in all areas of your life.

Follow the steps below to see how it feels.

Mini Breathe in Light session

Step 1)

Repeat with your inner voice: I open all my fear, anxiety, worry to the Light, to be healed, to be transformed, to be released.
Imagine Light filling all these challenging layers within you and transforming them into Light.

Step 2)

Breathe in Light (in through your heart, your crown, or your breath) and breathe out fear, anxiety, worry. Repeat this three or more times.
You can imagine (or think about) Light coming in as you breathe it in and you can imagine it carrying away your fears as you breathe out.

Adapt this to fit your needs

What was a search born out of my own personal struggles, is now something I get to share with others. I couldn’t have guessed when I was first struggling to find healing from my own struggles, that I would, one day, become an expert in self-healing.

I recommend that you repeat this simple breathing technique daily to release your fears, anxiety, worries. Adapt this technique to fit your current moment and what you are feeling; breathe in Light and breathe out whatever comes to mind. Notice what it changes within you and around you. Notice if you feel calmer, more peaceful or lighter.
