What is Inhale Light?
Inhale Light is a series of techniques which help one restore the self back to the highest level of functioning where you remember how beautiful you are.
Working with Inhale Light self-sessions can help one transform the accumulated congestion of one's life; releasing unresolved
emotions and limiting beliefs about the self; helping one to be free of the burdens of the past. Most of us don't realize how
the past is weighing us down, until we begin bringing more light back into our lives; it is not necessary to relive the past
in order to heal it completely. Similar to a house restoration which restores a house back to its original beauty and function,
Inhale Light techniques will restore your Body, Mind and Spirit to renewed levels of love and beauty.
Give yourself the opportunity to experience deep peace and calm within.
Here is a restorative exercise which will lighten your life.
Daily exercise: Ground yourself to the Earth; imagine roots growing down from soles of the feet down to Earth center.
Inhale grounding energy up from Earth each time you inhale. Begin breathing in and out through your nose (or mouth, if needed)

Imagine Inhaling Light from the Divine into your body, mind and spirit,
imagining your body becoming more and more light-filled after each breath. Repeat 3x

State internally, "I open all my fears to the Light of the Divine for transformation," (from your life, from the present,
from the past, as far back as fear connects to you.)

Intend to yourself as you slowlty breathe in and out: I inhale light, I exhale fear.
Repeat 3x

 |
State internally, "I open all my hatred to the Light of the Divine for transformation," (from your life, from the present,
from the past, as far back as hatred connects.)

 |
Intend to yourself as you breathe in and out: I inhale light, I exhale hatred.
Repeat 3x
|
 |
State internally, "I open all my anger to the Light of the Divine for transformation," (from your life, from the present,
from the past, as far back as anger connects to you.)

 |
Intend to yourself as you breathe in and out: I inhale light, I exhale anger.
Repeat 3x

 |
State internally, "I open all my guilt to the Light of the Divine for transformation," (from your life, from the present,
from the past, as far back as guilt connects to you.)

Intend to yourself as you breathe in and out: I inhale light, I exhale guilt.
Repeat 3x

Repeat above with any other emotions which you have been experiencing lately
(grief, sadness, anxiety, regrets, betrayal, judgment, worry, blame, resentment, shock) and
Repeat 3x for each emotion / mental state.
